London agencies spend £2,000–£4,000 a month on market data from Rightmove and Dataloft. That data comes from Land Registry — which publishes completions 3–4 months after they happen. Every price trend you act on is already history.
Premonitia Blockchain fixes this. Agencies submit their own completions on the day they happen. The data is theirs — encrypted, verified, and readable months before HMLR publishes.
How It Works
Agency submits the transaction on completion day. Price, date, UPRN, property type — no vendor or buyer names. Fully anonymous.
Day 0AES-256 encrypted on the agency's own infrastructure before reaching the network. Written to the distributed ledger; readable by all members in minutes.
Members OnlyWhen HMLR publishes 3–4 months later, records are matched automatically. Accurate submissions earn tokens; inaccurate ones are penalised. Honesty is structural.

Real-TimeFounding Members
Founding status is structural, not honorary. It is encoded in the protocol at launch and cannot be revoked by any future governance vote. Standard members do not hold these rights.
